When will this be paid?
We will pay the money within 3 months of the date you sign the Conditional Fee Agreement and once we have had a chance to investigate your claim. This will include gathering evidence and contacting witnesses. Please note that the cash payment will only be made for referrals through the website and not from other sources.

How do I get the cash payment?
When you contact us quote the promotion code “Web200” – remember contacting us by phone or email is FREE.

Will this be deducted from my damages at the end of the case?
No we guarantee we will pay you 100% of your damages and we will stick to that promise.

Are any cases excluded from the Scheme?
Yes we will not make the cash payment if you have an existing legal expenses policy that covers you for the claim and for medical negligence cases.

Terms and Conditions
In return for the cash payment you will agree to enter into a Conditional Fee Agreement (no win no fee) with Edwards Davies. You will abide by the terms of the Conditional Fee Agreement. If the Conditional Fee Agreement is terminated because you have failed to abide by its terms we do reserve the right to recover the cash payment we have made along with any further fees that we have incurred. We will advise about the terms of the Conditional Fee Agreement before you sign it.

Please note we will also recover the cash payment if you have provided misleading information or acted in a fraudulent manner to induce us entering into a Conditional Fee Agreement with you.
